    Hi Girls

Since the new year I have got super excited and the planning is in full swing....

Which is all fab, except when I come to go to sleep I just cannot switch off! I know I must be tired but I am so excited I feel like I am wide awake. I haven't felt like this since I was a kid on christmas eve!

My wedding is in 12 weeks and we are also moving into our brand new house before then so I have a lot going on.

Does anybody have any tips on how to get to sleep before I make myself a shattered zombie bride?!

You do have a lot going on, and moving house especially can be quite stressful. Not sure what the ultimate solution is, but there are a few things you could try. Making sure you are eating healthily. Try and have an unwind routine, no TV or Ereaders in bed. Also leave your mobile phone/ipad out of your bedroom, so you aren't tempted to use it in bed. Try and have a cut off time in the day for any planning & discussing your house move/wedding. Lavender oil in your bath, and taking a valerian supplement in the evening can help. Some people have camomile tea, but I don't like it.

B00ts also do a 1 a night sleeping tablet. I think they are very good, but I only ever use them to get myself into a sleeping routine and take them for few nights. (for example if I have been having lots of late nights at Christmas, and need to start going to bed a few hours earlier).

The only thing I could think of is those herbal sleeping aids kind of things!

We get married on the same day but I'm not having the same trouble (yet) as we've not got any wedding stuff going on yet. I have my first fitting next Saturday and OH is getting a rough measure for his suit this weekend. That's it until I get the next fitting date but stag/hens next month and per-wedding shoot with photog. I think when RSVPs come back (or due) end of feb is when it'll all be going on so march will be busy for us.

I feel for you moving house so close though! X

I know the feeling with house move! Wind down time and try to avoid TV right before bed time
