Have you thought about what colours/theme you want? I've been getting free samples from different companies but like you can't decide what I like...and I'm getting married in April!! Better get my skates on!

i think you might need to pop back to the drawing board to give you some insperation hun - i reckon maybe think about what colours you like or a general interest you both like , or maybe what season it is so match with the colour of flowers from then ? I'm not sure you'll be able to pin what they should look like until you have some form of a decision ? xxx let me know if you need any input xx maybe the same advice for you too hun (Kylee)

ok , you have a colour - and i think you'll be able to tie folklore and fish bowls in you know if thats what you want ... It can be done :D ANYTHING can be done :D June has loads of purple flowers too so its just a case of you finding a nice one that you like :)

one of my friends thats getting married next year was telling me this morning that she got her invites for £20 from ebay, she said she's having to make them herself but she bought a pack of ivory coloured card that she's folded in half, a pack of paper that just for printing so she can do the inside of her invites on the computer so they wont be hand written & for decoration on the front of the card she got a pack of love heart pearls & ribbon, the pearls have holes so she has slid the ribbon through the pearls & tied it round the side of the card then she just got silver love heart & wedding card sticky things that she's attached to the front of the card, they sound really nice & £20 is a total bargain i think! im gonna do a search on ebay & make them myself too i think xx

You could just go to a printing site and print off postcard style invites, with a funky picture and the info, like an events flyer! :-)

We've had a sample of one we both love! will put it on just need to find some one that can make it cheaply for us x

A friend of mine is making mine luckily as I'm rubbish at anything arty. I was bridesmaid last year though for the same friend who coincedently had a lilac wedding theme and got married in June. Her flowers were ivory roses for the bridesmaids and ivory roses for her with smaller lilac flowers inbetween (to give you an idea for that). Her invites were also handmade but you could easily have ivory card with lilac ribbon trying it all together. For the whole of my wedding I'm going for less is def more! xx

One of the B2B on here reccommended Vp to me. Once you register with them they bombard you with offers, well worth a look!
