I went into a High Street jewellers this morning as I wanted their Soul Mates wedding rings, the ones we want (18ct White Gold) have been reduced from £999 to £499 for the set. The 1st branch of the shop told me they were out of stock and when they come back in they will be back up at the 1st price, the 2nd shop took my details and called all the stores to see if they could get the correct sizes anywhere........
Well half an hour later I got a call to say they have found them in Aberdeen in a size small for both and that they can be stretched a size.......they will be here next Wed at the lower price, we can go and try them and see what we think
I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited H2B is smiling and laughing at me lol just had to share xxxx

It just goes to show the difference good staff can make. If I were you I would write to their head office telling them that your bad experience very nearly put you off and if it wasn't for the amazing service you got from the other branch then they would have lost not only this sale but future sales too. Retail staff always hear the bad things so its really nice when they get a compliment and their head office might even give the staff that bent over backwards for you a treat which by the sounds of it they deserve.

Thats a good idea XjoX, they have just called me to ask if I can go in and put a deposit down to secure the price as their sale actually ends on Sat, so off up the shops I will go tomorrow :D I can not get over how excited I am, just hope H2B loves them as much when we see them in the flesh as such x

I have just gotten back from paying the deposit on the rings :D got a little excited in the shop *blushes* the lady actually said I needed to sit down lol oh well who are they to judge a very happy bride 2 be lol xx
