I was wondering if you guys think it would be ok to buy silver sparkly strappy sandals instead of ivory wedding shoes. My Godmother is buying my shoes and I don't want her to pay a fortune plus I would quite like ones I could wear again! Or would it be more appropriate to have actual ivory wedding shoes? Thanks x

I'm, going for silver sparkly strappy shoes too!!! My colour scheme is purple and silver - but i thought purple shoes might be a bit too much against a white dress!!! Go for it!! xx

Yeh I think that would br fine. My color sceam for my wedding is going to be cadbury purple (love this coulou) , and I plan on wearing my shoes to match the bridesmades dressed rather than have ivory. Just think it's a nice different idea. :)

Why buy shoes that you will never year again? If you would wear the Silver ones again go for them, otherwise you could go for silk Ivory and have them dye the shoes to perfectly match you colour scheme and it only costs a few extra £'s

u can wear what ever u want hun after all it is your day and u need to be comfortable as u will be in them for a long time, i am wearing cyrstal covered flats (made them myself) and at the end of the day people most people wont really see your shoes xx

that is fine. i bought 2 pairs...one ivory and 1 silver sandals! but am going for the ivory as my dess doesnt need to be altered then.
