I have seen the most gorgeous tiara called Penelope. Has anyone any idea where to start if I wanna make it???

Tube of you tutorials hun they may help, I know some craft shops are selling kits now but the bay is way cheap for the bands etc also try habedashery shops for the crystal buttons/beads as they generall sell them and your crystal faceted beads are also cheaper off the bay, you need to use craft wire there is different widths 0.5mm is mainly the one used x
