Right, this is going to be the worst description ever............

What is the coloured liquidy stuff that people use to write on material, obviously it sets afterwards... When I was little I had a headband with my name on and it was written in this stuff and I haven't a clue what it called ??? When it dried it was raised.. Almost like writing on a cake with icing I suppose I could compare it to... Xxx
