Ive not been to a wedding in my adult life, only as a kid when i was a bridesmaid so sorry for all the questions...

I was jus wondering about buttonholes... Who has them? I know obviously the grrom, father of the bride, best man etc but do i get button holes for all the other men invited to the ceremony? and can i get a different colour? i wanted all the men like groom, dad, best man to have purple and mothers to have purple in their corsages but white for everyone else??? or will that look stupid? Also, if i do have to get the other men invited to ceremony, do i also have to buy the other woman too a corsage?

we chose not to have button holes for everybody else, we dont have room for them in our budget, its not expected by guests that they recieve one. And white will go fine with any colour :) If you are buying button holes for everyone then you could give both men and ladies button holes cos i presume a corsage is more expensive then a button hole? xx

Is now happily married to my gorgeous man

its your choice hun i dont think there is any rule however my nan (very traditional) insists that i get double buttonholes for the women and single for the men. i'm clueless really, but i will just ask the florest when i go. i'm not getting everyones though!!!!! it costs enough for the bouquets :)

we chose to buy just for the bridal party, and because of the flower i chose it wasnt cheap,i had miss susie lilies ,very pale pink, the men (husband, best man,my dad, glenns dad,our son) had a single flower with leaf neatly ties, the ladies (mil, sil) also had single flower with leaf but theirs was tied with a little pink bow to match my bouquet,i had an artificial crossage made for my mum on a pearl bracelet
