Have any of you seen Bulding Brides TV show (am i allowed to say the channell????) lol
I started watching it last week and now record it to watch just before making my evening meal...lol the things you do eh! but....it has got me right back on track especially with portion control! Seeing the bride's spilling out of their wedding dresses before the diet and excersise ppl come along...and then seeing the final picture of her when she struts out of the changing room in her beautiful dress.....it may all be for the tv...but it has inspired me enough to make better eating choices xx

i love it i think there so harsh on the poor brides but its so worth it in the end although that exercise looks killer x

I watched it for the first time yesterday, I loved that they said she had a 'back butt' lol brilliant! My skins never going to be tight again but I just want to look the best 'me' I can so it inspired me too x
