As most who want to get married , i wanted the perfect wedding for about £5000 but was disheartend to see the cost of a nice wedding without breaking the bank . I was lossing hope when as a last desperate attempt to find somthing , i laughted at my partner before clicking Gretna Weddings but was amazed at the cost. Gretna Wedding do amazing packages at affordable prices , I was amazed to what i got for the pacage The venue is Camlongon Castle , a vintage car, 25 pics , Piper, Two night stay in a Manson, Flowers for me and my partner all from £1390.00 . Its like a dream come true and to keep the wedding cost down i choose a meal at the mansion for my reception which holds only 25 guest . Hope this helps soe of you that are stuck for ideas. Wendy xxx

Easily done if you shop around and make things yourself we did it all for £2000 not including my dress dada bought me that. We had 50 for day and another 70 for evening. Did bbq and a buffet

you can easily get a fab wedding for £5000 budget hun, our budget was £3000 and its come in around £3700, really happy with everything we have got, got everything i need and not missing anything
im sure u can get a fab wedding for less . I thought Gretna was great value for money and fab location i can't ask for more. i just wanted to share that with people .

i never really had a budget when organising my wedding, now its getting extream, i wish we didnt spend as much i would of been happy running away getting married on a beach

I seriously considered a Gretna wedding at one point... but then realised that as much as my family annoy the hell out of me I still want them there :P Our budget is now £4k - although I think Steve just managed to put us over with asking for the organist at the church, at a cost of £200 - first I'd heard of him wanting it was when he told the vicar!!!
