    Hi everyone!
    Just want a few opinions?

I would like bubbles at my wedding! just some for the kids really but im havin 24 kids poss more at my wedding. My bridesmaids are wearing a very light blue and prob satin,im really scared that kids are going to spill it all over the bridesmaids dresses, or worse mine (sorry, selfish i know but hey its my dress!)!

What do u all think i should do? My h2b isnt too keen i have to admit!

bubbles is a great idea! dont worry about your bridesmaids gettin marked, theres other things that could stain their dresses too with 24 kids runnin around! food...drink? lol. and you cant ban that. plus... bubbles dont really stain that much do they? im putting bubbles in my goody bags for the kids :)

i havent really set a date or anything yet but was planning on havin bubbles for my engagement party, only someone pointed out that if they are spilt or when the bubbles hit the floor and pop, that they are really slippy! so now im not so sure!! dont wanna be going on my bum! lol

It's only if you have tonnes and they pop that it really becomes slippery and there's as much chance of a drink spilling anyway right?

Sorry Katy!! The venues may tell you not to have them indoors as it can make the floor slippery but they're fine about them outdoors. Just ask! x

has anyone had a bubble machine at their wedding? I bought some bubble guns yesterday but thought about the dresses being ruined not just me but guests - now looking above now worried too about the slipping - everything is indoors..... would love feedback from experience!

hey hun, I've got bubbles off the bay for the kids, they're dead easy to use and not very soapy so if they slop i dont think itd be very noticeable!
Mtwi I think you have to have ask permission to have bubble machines/guns from your venue as they are a health and safety hazard but defo something to look in to, we're ok as the whole venue is carpeted except from the dance floor

my friend had bubbles at her wedding, and there was no problems with them popping, but really watch kids round you, if they accidently spill it, it does stain. my dress changed colour lol.

saying that i am having bubbles.

Yes have the bubbles! It's great fun for the kids and they look fab! In the grand scheme of things the potential for a couple of marks on some dresses is minor, I'd be more worried about the guests that are drinking red wine!
