no point to the post really im just really annoyed ive managed to fracture my elbow straight through the joing 2 weeks before my wedding!! Im so flipping annoyed and upset its unreal!! The hospital wanted to put me in a full arm cast!! after LOTS of protest they agreed to put me in a big padded strapped up sling under strict orders not to move, lift or bend it!! ad then i have to go back the day after my wedding to be reassed and most probly be in a cast!! x

Oh no! Straight through the elbow joint is NOT good - anything involving a joint not good in fact. Whatever you do keep strictly to doctor's orders, don't overdo it. You don't need joint-related complications for the rest of your life! Feel so sorry for you chicky!! :( :(

Sending huge hugs to you! What a horrid thing to happen so close!

I'm such a worrier about "what else can go wrong" that I would have been tempted to just tell them to plaster it up then go to a fabric shop to find some beautiful lace to match my dress and wrap it around the cast. But like I said, I worry about everything lol.

Please promise us all you will take it super easy and look after yourself over the next two weeks! xxx

thanks girls i will take it steady although with hubby to be working 12 hours day and me being stuck in with a nearly 3 year old on my own its kind of difficult lol!! I did it on my hen night!!!!!!! One of the girls tripped and grabbed my arm as she fell which sent me over AT THE BEGINING OF MY NIGHT ASWELL!! and i put my arm straight out to stop myself so my whole body weight was on my arm/elbow! and as soon as i put my hand down to pull myself up i new id done something as it was agony!! x

Oh darling. I'm so sorry. This is what I dread something happening like this. X I wish you all the luck. I know you don't feel like it now but you will have a story to tell in a few years.

Oh dear, it may be best to have the cast now, why not have some photos taken after your married and the cast is off, great opportunity to all get dressed up again for the photos xx
