My bridesmaid text me not long ago asking for me and h2b to go out with a meal for her next monday for her last meal out before she goes in for an operation. Im gutted i cant make it, i have slimming world and am a member of the social team and i need to give consultant a couple of weeks notice cos only me and mum are trained and it needs us both i said i could make it if she would have it later in the evening or on another day and i would bend over backwards to be there but she just replied oh ok its fine dw.
So i text her saying any other day ill be there, got a reply of has to be monday! so i replied ok well me and kev will take u out as our treat and she is just telling us not to worry and to forget it.
I dont want to forget it i want to take her out and i get she is annoyed i cant be there monday but im trying to do something!!
she hasnt replied to my last text im leaving it now but am feeling a lil upset that she wont accept my something to make it up to her. :(

she is probably stressed and busy with a plan in her head of how things where going to go and is upset that its not going to work out. I am sure she will see that you are trying.

Im sure she will come round hun, you have tried your best to make sure you can have some time together and thats all you can do, its up to her now whether she wants to see it that way or not.
Could you go for the meal after slimming world? Just be a bit late?

i tried suggesting that Jane but that wasnt good enough either, text her today sayin did she wana come rnd 2moro eve h2b at work and we enjoy having a sing along to lips on the xbox but i just got cant im working sorry. I sed let me know when ur free and ill sort something, she hasnt replied. I feel like giving up now i dont want to i love her as a friend and im rele hurt shes reacting like this i just want my friend back :( xx
