I have 3 adult BMs a teen BM (my daughter) and a 3 yr old flower girl. I have been looking around in shops and online for ages trying to find something lovely for all of them, but as they are all so very different, i cant find anything that suits all of them, and if i buy individual items, i dont want them to think i have spent more on one, then on another etc etc...or for them to prefer what the other has lol! (not that they will coz they are lovely but...)
My thoughts are, to personally make up a hamper basket each for them. In this basket, i can put in things that are personal to them, and a few other bits like a chick flick DVD, a girlie novel, bath stuff etc. and then get a not so expensive trinket box engraved for them, which will also be in the hamper. What do you think? would you like to receive one of these as a thank you gift? xxx

i think its a lovely gift as its personal, compared to buying everyone the same necklace for example.
my bridesmaids have been no help at all so im thinking do they really deserve a gift lol

it sounds really lovely, i have gotten all of mine the same thing, an ornament from a well known jewllery store, and it is lovely, i was going to do individual gifts but then i would worry about someone feeling left out or something else...

i know i have a good few months to think of all these things yet...but i like to know what i am doing, and if i am out and about like i normally am, and see something nice to put in one of their baskets, i can do....without leaving it till the last few weeks before hand, and finding nothing suitable. I can pretty it all up by getting some of that cellophane stuff from a garden centre and a colour co ordinating bow on, shall i make them all the same colour as the BM dresses...or each a different colour? xx hmm My bridesmaids have always been right here for me, My MOH was supporting me through allsorts of unsavouries (can laugh now!) and was never too busy for me, and is so made up to have been asked to be MOH. My 2nd maid is my oldest friend, who i lived next door to since i was 2! (SHE KNOWS EVERYTHING) and has already helped me sooo much with stuff for the planning 3rd is my half sister, who is just adorable in every way, 4th is my daughter....say no more, and 5th is my little neice (kev's side) this is in no order as they are all as special to me as one another. i just wanted something more special for them. xx

yeah, it sounds like the right thing for you and as you say you've got time which will allow you to spread the cost of it all. i bought some of that cellophane stuff from ebay and it was really decent and good value!
