Hi really on a budget, is it cheeky to ask the bridesmaids to pay for their own hair and makeup if they want it doing professioanlly

I think its fine to give them a choice of doing their own hair and makeup or contributing towards getting it done. If they are close to you they will know your circumstances/budget and surely not mind x

No it's not cheeky. They would likely have paid to have hair done for a wedding invite anyway. The only thing is that you might not get any say in whether it's up or down, curly or straight etc

All of mine have been told they have to pay for there own, I'm paying for the Flower Girls hair to be done, which are two of the Bridesmaids daughters. And I am paying for my Chief Bridesmaids to have hers done as she doesn't have any kids, so it's my present to them, sort of. xx

My mum and sister are both paying for theirs. I gave them the choice if they wanted it done they would have to pay for it. I have paid for everything else and the way i see it my sister is my bridesmaid but would have paid to have her hair done if she wasnt.
