well 3 days to go i have been quite calm and relaxed for a few weeks now. Today that has all changed. first of all my boss who has been a friend of mine for 16 years (started working for him 9 years ago) told me he might have child care issues on saturday as ex wife is being a pain about swapping weekends. I told him I understand if he couldn't make it to the day but he was more than welcome to come with his son to the evening, Felt a bit let down but not really his fault and of course his son comes before my wedding.
Next thing i go of to drop the vase's,mirrors and candles to the lady whos doing my flowers to find that H2B as ordered the wrong amount of candles we are 2 short. Not a big thing as lady said she would get the 2 for me but before she told me this my phone rings and its H2B saying we are a bridesmaid down ask him why and find out that his 9 year old niece has climbed a tree and fallen out of it !! and is in A&E getting it X- rayed as they think she might of broken it.
I get home H2B says that she still wants to Bridesmaid. Not a problem as long as she is ok thats all that matters.
1hr later we get a call . Bridesmaid has to have an operation tomorrow as break is alot worse than first thought and she will have to stay in hospital 48hrs at least. So we wont know until the day if she can take part and if she dosn't she will be so upset.
Not a lot we can do just really hope she can make it and that they release her in time.
Now my stress levels are now alot higher than they were

Oh jeez! Not good news! Could the hospital not put the op back a day or two?

Awww I'm sorry to hear of your niece, hopefully the operation will go well and they will allow her out in time to take part. I can see how upset she would be about missing it.

I hope your niece is okay. I can imagine that at the moment it is all rather stressful, but it may be one of those times when you just have to go with the flow and I'm sure it will all turn out perfectly. Try to concentrate on all of the things that are going right at the moment!! Enjoy your day x

ooh no i hope she gets better soon and makes it on the day! im in a similar situation....our best man is still stuck out at sea he was supposed to be home on the 12th but there having problems in tunisia so we dont no when he will be back just rang his ship and spoke to personel and they cant give us a date when he will be home as he desnt no :( and 2 of our closest friends (there brothers) might not be comming now as there dad died yestarday and it might be abit to much for them only a week after i dont no, dont really want to ask them are you still comming to the wedding, seems abit heartless so we will just have to see on the day x

oh dear sounds like uve had a day of it! fingers crossed shes ok and can still make it x
