Ok Ladies...I know there is a thread on here for how we are having our hair. But was wondering what you are asking BMs to do with their hair??? Or would like them to have???
I hadnt really thought about it yet, but as my BM asked the other thought I should start thinking x x

I've told mine to have their hair however they feel most comfortable. They're getting their hair done by the hairdresser and have asked me my opnions...but I've just let them get on with it really lol...cos I figure if it was me and someone was demanded how they wanted me to look I wouldnt like it :) x

I've doen the same, said they can have it how they want it, they all have very different hair lengths so no one style would suit them all. I've said the same for their make-up too, i'm like you kirstyless I wouldn't like a bridezilla telling me how i'm having it done, i'd like ideas from them though x

Hiya, I have been thinking about this too, as i am not having a very formal weddingy 'updo' i dont want my maids to have that sort of style - after all its supposed to be the brides outshining everyone in all areas lol.....My hair will be half up on one side with long curls, therefore i asked if any of my BM's would object to having their hair down and curly/wavy...with perhaps a bit of sparkle somewhere in the form of a band, or a clip. Its what they all wanted anyhow - so im happy xx

I am going to ask them to do their own make up too. Even though Im having mine done on the day, as I wont have the opportunity to arrange for them to have a trial...plus they can do it how they like it then. I like the idea of them having their own look, as they will be in the same dress, but really hadnt thought about it until BM asked!
To be honest I like the idea of curls Kevs Angel and know they both wear their hair like that. I guess as I am thinking about having my hair up it wouldnt matter if they had up do or down!?!

My bridesmaids have a flower hair slide, the 2 younger ones have an orange flower with some sparkle, and the older ones have orange flower with black feathers...... their hair will be pulled round to the side and fastned in a low ponytail at the side of their necks, curled and sitting down the front of their shoulder, with the flower slide by their ear (i hope that makes sense).... the idea is that they would look matching, elegant and pretty without looking too forced and formal.

Mine asked me how I wanted them to have their hair and I told them to wear it however they wish, I want them to be comfortable. I bought them vintage side tiaras, but they can wear there hair up or down, it'll still look lovely.

i also said she can have it how she wants it i think she is going down and culred mine is going up so should look ok. my youger daughters are having theres in a tight bun (so looks tidy) with little crystal and pearl flower things in and my younger daughter is now under instruction that she will be growing her hair and having it down and curled to match my maid of honour

I originally wanted quite a boho look with plaits but my dresses won't suit that style so going with this as my hair will be up so don't want them to look like me lol x
I am having quite informal bridemaids dresses, they are long but they are chiffon. So I thought it would be nice for the girls to have loose wavy curls put up into a side bun. However this is just a suggestion and I am happy for them to have it how they like. I have got cute little detailed headbands from accessorize for them all to wear and they all like those. As long as they are comfy then they can have their hair how they like xx

I think that I want mine to have their hair in a loose side bun down near their necks. I am going to be having mine half up half down so wanted theirs to be up but they all have different types of hair so normal up do's would be hard to acheive, whereas I think putting them into loose side buns would be easier to do? xx

I don't have an exact style for my bridesmaids but I know I want thier hair up, in a boufont (sp) bun type thing, all hair off their faces, with lots of volume :)

My adult bms want similar styles to each other but as they all have different hair lengths they may have them slightly different - going to have some sort of style to the side
There are so many people out there who will tell you
what you can't do.

I know one of my fg's my little sis has enough hair its the other one I am worried about as she is a bit older and cut her hair to shoulder length before christmas hope it keeps growing by the wedding although she is 11 and isn't having a fg basket like my sis she is having a bouquet like my older bm's so if it comes to it she can have her hair like the older bridesmaids x
my sisters gonna have a funky but sophisticated side bun.. it has to be up as she has a fur coat on her so having it down would look naff!!!!

I have 2 older bridesmaids and the are very different in every way from size, height and hair!! I have just said to do what they want for the day and I have brought them slides with little red roses on if they want them :-)

my bridesmaids are having their hair curled and it will be to one side in like a low ponytail at their neck and sitting down their shoulder at the front. as i am having my hair in an updo thpught i would like my bridesmaids down. xx

Am letting BMs wear hair how they like, think one's going up and one down. They have bought themselves similar but slightly different little sparkly combs to wear at the side. They look quite similar, are wearing same dress and have same coloured blonde hair so hopefully they'll pick quite different hairstyles! My flower girl is having a french plait with little crystal clip things in it.
