I really cannot decide - I've always liked short bridesmaid dresses but my little sister (chief bridesmaid) would love to wear a shorter one - really not sure what to go for :(

I went for long as I find them more formal and they stand out more from the guests clothing.

we are most probably going to have long, BM no. 2 tried a dress on in Debenhams yesterday which was short but the right colour and it just looked a little silly, it made her look like a 10 year old going to a birthday party! And made nothing of her gorgeous figure! So we think long and elegant will be the way to go for them both as they are both a sickening size 8! Flared out skirts are obviously going to be a no-no for them!

My 2 bridesmaids are having long dresses, I asked them what they would prefer and that's what they said.

i was set on short until one of my bridesmaid tried one on and it looked ridiculous! so opting for long for the 2 eldest and a mid length for my little sister bless her shes only 3 x

all my bridesmaids are different shaps and sizes and so they are al having something that suits them, same colour, just different sizes, lengths, styles. nothing too different from wach other, but i want them all to be comfortable and happy in what they are wearing x

I have one MOH, 2 BMs and 1 FG
I want my MOH to have long ( if she will have it long, shes quite fussy!)
My BMs to have short and my FG to have a long Dress but she will be 2 and a half so she will be having a proper flowergirl dress
    (:

I have short dresses too, alfred angelo 6471. Both my bm's are very petite and the long dresses just swamped them. It just personal choice you will get a better idea when you see the girls in some dresses.

i'd take them out where you can try both short and long styles and make a choice that way.
my moh wants to wear a short dress but i haven't made the decision yet although I've decided she's wearing what i choose - if she doesn't like it i'll sell it after the day.
