I am struggling to find any bridesmaid dresses for £100 or under. I have searched a fair few places. I have tried BHS, Debenhams, Next, and loads of other retailers.
I would order online but I am really skeptical about them being good quality or made properly and then I would have wasted about £400. I am looking for long purple dresses preferably with straps.
If anyone could suggest any websites that are 100% trusted or shops I would very much appreciate it :)

I've out a link on the wall of wear we got ours from....they were fantastic quality, and the lady was really helpful with various questions we had. I'll put up a pic of my bms in them on the big day later xx

My girls had the twist n wrap ones from BHS, got them when they had an offer on and ended up costing me under £50 each, if you sign up to the BHS website they often have 30% off days etc.. Xx

I have the same as Jessica we sent for them and loved them they hang beautifully because of the heavy material, we also got them for less than £50 a dress i think it was a flash sale because they were back at full price a day later. If they don't fit or you don't like them they can always be sent back i would think you can do that with most stores though.
Tesco have a wedding section online with some beautiful dresses on it and most are £60 or less and you can return them to a store if they aren't right xxx

Don't forget to check the normal high street fashion store websites, lots of them have occasionware sections. I got mine from Warehouse, they are lovely.

There is a lovely purple maxi dress on coast online reduced from £95 to £65 called 'Mona'.

Thank you, I have had a look at all of your suggestions. Whenever I come across a really nice dress I find out it is made in China. I don't really want to spend a lot on dresses from China incase of the quality. Annoying!! Maybe I am just too fussy! :)

Have a good look around high streets shops in the sales. I got 6 long chiffon maxi dresses from h&m for £95. I only have 4 bm's but will use the others to make matching cravats. You can get some reals bargains!

I got mine online from China, from a site with Light and Box in the name, absolutely stunning dresses and so well made.

Glitterfairy I have looked at that site but was worried about the colour match and returning if they werent right because of them being from china..they have some lovely dresses on there tho x
CommentAuthorStaceyB5
Sorry that came across a bit harsh, Nothing against dresses being made in china, I just don't want to risk loosing quite a bit of money if they are all made different. I have seen a lot of nice dresses on ebay but I am always a bit concerned. Has anyone got there dresses from ebay and the dresses turned out fine? xx
CommentAuthornathswifey87
Didnt come across as harsh hun...I understand totally as I feel the same! The bridesmaid dresses are the only thing that is stressin me out! Everythin else is workin out fine jus these damn dresses! Think mine is mainly cos of the colour :s x

Stacey, I was dubious as a friend got her wedding dress from China and t was awful, theses bridesmaids ones I got were amazing though, fully lined and well made.
The colours also matched everything perfect, especially the purple of their shoes

I got my BM dresses from ebay for £5.49 each, they are just maxi dresses, we are putting ribbon round their waists as a belt which will have a broach from £land holding the ribbon together, pics are on my thread. "its been a long ol' journey"
I also have a long deep purple dress I wore for prom, its a size 6, not sure if you would be able to find anything similar to it? will have to dig out a pic for you.
Find out who you are & do it on purpose!

Outlets are a good option too if you're going the high street route.

If you look for out of the ordinary bridesmaid dresses like glam shift dresses they'll be much cheaper because they won't be marketed and costed at the bridal market... try AX Paris, coast, tk maxx, bhs etc
And we lived happily ever after!

Valentina; you could also try v$ry; I got my bridesmaid dresses for £13 each :P

when going to a charity ball a few years ago i looked on the bay and some of the places have a store where you can go and try on dresses. its worth a look. i went to bull ring and merry hill few weeks ago and there are a few shops up there that do bridesmaid style dresses. one of my friends ordered from the bay - paid about £20 per dress and they were lovely. you can always order one and get one with returns in case you dont like it x
