Just looking for some advice. Our colours are red white & blue but I was thinking of silver dresses for the bridesmaids. I will be wearing ivory with blue & ivory flowers and the girls flowers will be red & ivory. So I was thinking originally blue dresses but then thought maybe silver. Can I have your advice please ladies xx

I think personally I would go for blue with silver accessories such as jewellery, shoes, brooches and whatnot, i am certain you will find blue much easier to find as well :) x

i think if you managed to find silver it would look lovely but it likely is a much more difficult colour to find, i think blue looks lovely against the ivory of a wedding dress in the pictures x

I'd go with blue, unless you get a glitzy dress in silver, many will look grey.

oooh good idea! i am already having input that don't want and its not until next September!! i even have people telling me that i've booked the wedding to soon after the proposal even though its over a year away

I thought we had started planning to soon we are 2018 until we had a meeting with the Videographer/Photographer and she said she and her husband have bookings into 2019 & 2020. So no its not to early lol. xx

i know what you mean, i live in a 2 bed apartment and i think i'm going to have to move out to make room for all the wedding items i have! wouldn't like to be hording items for 4 years!

lol oh I'm not at that stage yet but I keep seeing wee things online and think oh they would be nice we could get them and put them away and then h2b will say "yeah good idea but where are we going to put it all maybe we will have to get rid of some of your shoes" erm no don't think so buddy my shoes are going no where lol xx

I bought h2b a kilt pin. We are planning on hiring his kilt outfit but I want him to have something to keep so bought him that. Was so excited when it came lol xx

He will also have his cufflinks as well but I get to keep my whole outfit so want him to have a few things from his to keep as well. Don't get me wrong if we could get a good deal on buying his then I would (best not say that to him lol) xx
