I was just wondering after reading an article in a wedding magazine is any of you brides are doing a speach i was thinking of doing one after reading the article as it would be an ideal moment to tell my mum and dad how much i love them and my h2b and his family. Although i am not very good at public speaking?

I was going to do a speech and have it written and hidden away however my H2B has said if I do 1 he isn't as he thinks this is his get out claus lol. So I have decided to give the best man my speech and get him to give it to H2B on the morning of the wedding and tht way he can see my feelings xx

I'm a lot more outgoing than H2B so I think I probably will do one, it will help him feel less pressured, and if I'm totally honest I can never shut up hehe so it would be out of character if I didnt!

well i am not having a father of the bride speech and i am having two of my best girls mates do a speech then hubby to be is doing one, and the best man, but i also think i want to do a small speech even though i dont really like public speaking! but i thought a nice quick one will be fine just to say how much i am thankful and love my hubby and friends and family :) and also to thank the bridesmaids and ushers :) x

i will be scared of speaking in front of everyone and more and likely cry but its just something that i want to do. however i understand why people dont lol x
