I have a hard time even taking money out of the wedding fund for wedding things... once it's in there I try as far as possible not to take it out again! Obviously when we need to pay suppliers it will need to come out though lol. Trying to pay for as much as possible at the moment from my personal account AND save at the same time.
It will all be worth it.....

I made my own hangers and did them for the bridesmaids, my flower girl, my mum and me. I ordered pearl and diamante embellishments off the bay and just stuck them on using super glue.

Every single month I say if I have spare cash in personal account at end of month I'll start ordering bits of the bay but I never do. I might start allowing myself like £30 a month to order bits. I think I'm gonna go ahead and order the hangers tonight.

FINALLY bit the bullet and chose a wedding insurance - tried my best to compare them but they're all a bit different but found that 3&L was about £10 cheaper than all other suppliers for £20,000 cover and they were better / similar for all the sub categories other than personal accident which was £13,500 whereas others were £15,000 or £40,000 but I can't see us needing that too much i hope!!

Have FINALLY sorted my dress today and my Mum put down the deposit. Wasn't what I initially thought I'd end up with as had a very fixed idea of what I wanted, but the DREAM dress I thought I wanted, when I tried it on, felt plain and I didn't feel special in it. Then the assistant picked out a dress for me to try on and I had THAT FEELING!!!!

Lindsey I seen that dress away back last year and loved it. The bridal shop I went to didn't stock it and as much as I LOVE my dress part of me wishes I tried that one! So I'm a little jealous lol although I do really love mines
Ok so M0ns00n still didn't get back to me about the colour of the dress so I tried for so long today to contact them. Finally got through this evening and no one was sure so they had to contact some different department. They will get back to me on Monday.
Contacted the dress maker today who told me to ring her at the start of January when the new diary is out to get booked in
Also make appointment for next Friday with a florist
Don't no if I have told use but I'm ordering my OH and groomsmen superhero cuff links and socks. I went to order last night and I can't find captain America socks! Well I can find plenty but I was black ones so they don't stand out too much. I'm doing superman, Spider-Man, batman and captain America although I'm not set on captain America, who could I do instead?
