Hi everyone, we had a lovely wedding last Saturday. We were both pretty relaxed once we arrived at the registry office. The registrar put us at ease, she was really nice. The whole ceremony was only about 15 minutes and then we were husband and wife. Still can't believe that we are married now :) the only annoying thing is that I ended up in hospital the following day with a very bad ear infection and ruptured eardrum. Now lying at home this week with strong antibiotics. Glad we hadn't booked our honeymoon yet. Flying abroad on holiday next summer. xx

Its nearly 2 weeks to our wedding but with christmas I keep feeling like its still ages away and not real. Am I normal lol. xx

It must be strange Leanne knowing there's something else big/important happening between now and the wedding, kind of gets in the way in you being able to focus fully on the wedding. Saying that I felt like I was just in a big bubble for the whole run up to our wedding... it only really started to feel real when I was standing with my dad waiting to walk down the aisle and even then it was a bit surreal!!!
Are you ready? Apart from having to get Christmas out the way, lol x
