Aw thats so lovely your son is giving you away Mrs B. He is very sensitive my LO, he gets upset when I am at work all day and he doesn't see me. He says "Jack no mummy, mummy gone" it breaks my heart, So I am not sure what we will do yet.

Your ring is lovely Danielle, that sounds like a perfect match. xx

Crazy how everything racks up. I've taken over my old bedroom at my mum's with all our wedding stuff, there is no way we have enough room for everything at our house!

Choosing songs is doing my head in. Still in 2 minds about whether I'd like an upbeat first dance or a traditional soppy romantic one. Part of me wants an upbeat-ish kind of dance but I don't want to regret not doing it 'properly', if you know what I mean?! Just cannot decide - good job we have a while!

So we went wedding ring shopping, OH found his perfect ring yay. I didn't and I have come home engagement ringless aswell lol. Since OH gave it to me I have thought the shoulders were a bit too thick, but I didn't say anything cause I didn't want to hurt OH feelings and I still really love the ring. Anyways I can't find any wedding ring I like and the jeweller suggested it was because the band on my ring is too thick for my small fingers, then when he measured it, the shoulders weren't even in size. So instead of getting my wedding ring we have sent off my engagement ring to have it fixed and made slightly slimmer. I feel a bit guilty having a change made to my ring, OH says it is absolutely fine but I still feel bad. x

Which song Leanne? Don't feel guilty about the ring if the jeweller suggested it. I'm sure your OH doesn't mind. You may find a wedding ring easier now. How long will your engagement ring be away for?

    Thinking out loud by Ed.

I just feel guilty as that is the ring OH picked. I have just spoke to him about it though and said I felt a bit sad having an alteration made to my ring cause I do love it and he said if he had of realised you could have it made slimmer before giving it to me he would have, as it is a little too chunky on my finger. Its currently 3 mm and going down to 2.5mm so not a drastic amount. It will be away for 7-10 days. My hand feels naked without it lol. xx

Then take all that along with our birth certificates and passports along with the fee to the council. OH isn't sure where his birth certificate is though going to call his mum tonight to see

I feel like I'm being a proper bridezilla but is it really difficult to type up what he wrote and send it to me?!

One downside to using in house caterers not that we had any choice.... I can't wait for them to start chasing us for money, cos they will get a big F off tablet!!

Hope everyone's ok today. We've just paid a massive chunk off our wedding (flights accommodation and deposit for UK reception) and paid off a few invoices which feels amazing but were skint now haha.
After seeing LadyC's dress which is amazing I'm really excited to go back dress shopping. I was really disappointed when I realised I needed another dress but now I'm looking forward to trying them all on again. My MoH has reminded me NOT to wear bright pink undies like. I did last time hehe

LadyC just be careful about taxes and customs. My sis found our bridesmaids dresses in a shop for her wedding then found them online cheaper from US and ordered them. She got hit with charges from customs so didn't make that much of a saving. She was surprised as she thought it was only things from China etc u get charged for
