Im sharing a car with my bm's because my venue is a 40/50min drive from my house & i dont see the point in having 2 cars for that journey. Plus no-one will see us arriving as they will all be in the venue waiting for me.

Why dont you look at getting a bigger car that will fit all of you in?

I have hired a car for me and thats it. My bridesmaid will be going in my sister car (she has a black beetle convertable which is gorjus) so i'll just buy it a ribbon to go on the front!!

Have you got a friend/family member with a nice car that you can use???

Or I've seen a few people send thier bm's first to the church in the car, then the car goes back to get the bride & father. Could you get your car to make 2 trips?

I think your best bet would be to share your car with them. It may cost slightly more for a bigger car but would still be cheaper than getting two??

That will get you all to the church, all you need to do then is maybe ask family and friends if they have room for the rest of the bridal party to travel with them to your reception venue. Your car will be used for yourself and h2b then.

We didn't have a car at all. Our ceremony and reception were all at the same venue, and I asked my MOH's husband who has been my friend too for 20 years to drive us in his Golf. We got a ribbon and bow for it. Also I begrudged paying out for a car considering it would only be doing a total of 9 miles in three return journeys!
