OMG - this programme is fab / compulsive and yet bizarre. Think 4 weddings with more, a huge amount of plastic surgery and if you win (get thru it all ) your H2B doesnt see the "new" post surgery you till the wedding day... Did you watch it? What would you change ?

Well ithas just shown me that the bickering that we have on here is soooooo tame, bring it on. Cant wait to see next week, plus all $ weddings is about dress/venue etc not about totally changing how you look. Interesting how some of the guys disagreed with what their future brides wanted re plastic surgery xx

It's the most horrific thing I've seen in quite a long time! It's compulsive viewing though...The way those ladies were treated by the plastic surgen reminded me of an episode of Nip/Tuck. They thought they just needed a b0 ob job and he said,oh lipo here, tuck here etc. I'm sure that did wonders for their clearly already low self-esteem!

Heather I know what you mean; everyone of them seemed to be having nearly every bit of plastic surgery possible. Plus can you imagine what it must be like for the grooms who will have no idea what their b2b will look like until they see them walking down the aisle.

I think me and h2b would watch this sort of thing with our mouths agape! Sounds like it would kind of fun to watch but don't agree with the idea, the grooms obviously love their brides already and are marrying them regardless of boob size etc., and I know for a fact that my h2b would flip his lid if I turned up to our wedding looking any different as he loves the way I look even if I don't like certain things. Changing yourself so drastically could seriously put the marriage in danger, they love them for how they look now surely!! Not my cup of tea at all, but would probably still watch it if we had that channel, lol. x

yep, some of the grooms were not happy with some of the stuff the brides wanted changing which was really lovely but as soon as they brides all got to the "house" and met each other they just went mad and I think would have gone along with a head transpalnt if the surgeon had said they needed it. Compulsive viewing.

I have just finished watching the first episode (recorded it) and i think im gonna like this... but theres one woman thats getting on my nerves already..........
All she ever talks about is "I met my hubby2b on the biggest looser and he proposed live on TV" ... Aggghhhhh Shut up already!! LOL. xx

I haven't seen it, may have to record it next week.....I wouldn't change anything, h2b loves me for what i am...........he actually hates the fact i'm trying to lose weight and has said he doesn't want someone he can't see when they stand sideways lol.
I tried contacts once and he just couldn't get used to me without glasses..........good job i couldn't get on with them and had to revert back to my glasses...

My h2b thinks this show is so horrific in every way - I have to agree but I still watch it! i watched it last week and have to say - WHY OH WHY are any of these people so affected by the way they look - they are all almost perfect looking!!!! its really strange!!!
I could maybe understand if they all had abnormalities - but except for the woman who had had surgery on her boobs to remove a lump, none of them needed anything done (and she only 'needed' it done to help her self confidence - no one 'needs' plastic surgery for cosmetic reasons)
But the worst thing about this programme is the line at the end when they boot someone off - they say 'you're still having your wedding, it just wont be perfect' to this my h2b almost shouted at the screen saying 'F off!!!' you cant say that to people of course their wedding will be perfect because its their wedding!!!!!
