Ease can anyone recommend some good tummy toner under wear please. I want one to stay held up for the day, but ideally want one which has easy access for the loo, if you know what I mean haha, some have little holes or poppers, but I don't know where to find them?

I bought one from debenhams, (they have LOADS to choose from and the best selection between spanx, gok wan etc) It is like a dress, it cuts just under the bra but is not shorts so you can still go to the loo! It clings to your legs so won't ride up. It tones your waist, bum and legs then! It depends if you have a straples dress though, as this has straps... hope this helps!

i brought a strapless slip dress when i was bridesmaid which holds you all in - was either debenhams or house of fraser i think but cant remember. but i got too hot and very uncomfortable and took it off in the evening - depends on your type of dress x
