Im not really sure i want the whole "getting ready" photo's

I dont feel im a very photogenic person and dont really like having photos taken

Will i regret not having these photos done down the line?
Any advice greatly received!!!!

I didn't want them either but my photographer says it's her favourite part of the day to shoot and she thought I'd regret it if I didn't. Then she offered me a free 'post wedding dress shoot' if I let her photograph the prep so I agreed. lol

Im not having photos of me getting ready either, I think im going to be too stressed out having my hair and makeup done without having someone clicking away lol x
I am asking my MOH to take some photos of the flowers/shoes/dress though x

i hate having my picture taken to the point of i delete or bin any of me. i have spoken to the photographer and most of my shots are going to be reportage and he said i wont notice him taking them will have as little posed photos as i can get away with. I'm also have a pre-wedding shoot to get use to him taking my picture.

I didn't have the photographer taking photos when we were getting ready ... but with 5 of us plus the hair & make up people it would have been a bit crowded xx

I want to yes and no, reading the comments, people want natural posing pictures none of the 'cheese' smiles. maybe get some of you from the side while getting your hair done, one of a glass of champers, x

im the same i dont want loads of pics taken up close! will have some of the hair , makeup, jewelerry, shoes etc but not while i have NO makeup on!!!!lol x

I am having the photographer coming here, but will try to have him take photos of other people getting ready as well, not just me, as I hate feeling like i am the center of attention, and I guess I will feel like this all day long.

I couldnt imagine not having the bridal prep tbh. Me n h2b arent that traditional so before the bridal prep were actually having a shoot just the two of us in normal clothes on the morning of the wedding - a bit like our final pictures before becoming man and wife! and then doing bridal AND groom prep.

Really excited about it, i think its worth doing :-) xXx

See we've figured that we have that much bad luck that we recon the things that are bad luck to others, will be lucky to us! haha x

Ooooh spanner in the works for me! I thought no to prep photo's - the camera doesnt like me when I've got my full face on, never mind sitting waiting for it to be put on BUT I do love looking at the prep pics other people have had done.... hmmm! Thing is, I'm thinking of going to a salon and getting hair and make up done for us there so not entirely sure how they pics would work anyway. My dad was going to take some pics etc but he's already going to be stressed with everyone there... I'm not sure now! x

I am not photogenic at all but I think if I was having a photographer I would like to have the getting ready photos. So I have voted yes. xx
