I'm glad I'm not the only one that does that. I was thinking after I typed it if anyone thought I was dirty for wearing it for two days lol. You never know what other people do and its not like it comes up in convo that often.

I get refitted for my bras every 4/5 months (usually in bravissimo) because im a 34GG (at the minute lol) and iv found that sometimes even within the same shop if you change styles the fit is completely different!
I can tell im due for a refit tho cos the one im wearing today is driving me mad digging in at the sides!
Id definietly advise bravissimo or debenhams tho for a good range of cup sizes! xx

Bravissimo, John Lewis or Debenhams for me too. At 32GG other stores do not normally have enough choice and of course there is the issue of making a lovely pretty bra in a much bigger size without the extra support with many manufacturers....it just does not work! I saw a girl in the paper a couple of weeks ago who was a 30L!!! Poor girl! She looked like she was about to fall over!

Last time I got measured I was a 30H but some of them are too small now, I really struggle to find bras cos of being a stupid size. Went to bravissimo last time, but they didn't actually have any bras in the shop in my size.... pretty ridiculous considering!

You can go up or down a band but if you do you change the cup size too so if you went to a 32 it would take you down a cup size to a 32G and if you went down a band size to a 28 it would make you a 28HH? or 28I (not sure about that one)

i always got told that the bra should be quite snug and on the first fastening then when it's too loose after the third it's time to get rid but the colour's usually gone by then anyways. O and stop putting bra's in the washing machine cos it's ruin's them lol

mrsbarker i haven't even started looking for my bridal underwear think i'm going to start about august time x

I still haven't sorted bridal underwear. I think I'll do that closer to the time. As I'm not going to be wearing a bra with the dress, I don't need to have it sorted before my fittings, so I'm just looking for underwear, suspenders, and a nice basque or bra for the wedding night ;p

I always wore some 38E and when their was a private showroom where I bought my wedding dress, without measuring the lady handed me out a 34FF which fits perfectly, she's a real professional, then at home I measured myself to find out that I am indeed 34 but the cup will depend where I buy it, from la Senza I am a G (pain to find that) so all brands of bra don't size the same. I would trust bravissimo especially if you have big breasts.

I'm a 30 E but the bra I'm wearing at the mo is a 32F and fits perfectly and so does my 32E bras I think every shop is different with their sizes... Being a 30 back it's a pain n the bum as not that many places do the larger cup size for a small back

La sensa do small back and big cup sizes although they go quick lol

Bravisimo are good but I don't like there styles and m&s are awful... No support what so ever and straps only an 80 yr old would love... Ann summers do do small backs too and big cups ....

Always remember try before you buy!!

i was going to get reduced as well stressed to max b2b, but i changed my mind because the doctors told me i would have bad scaring as my scar's dont heal very well and are very dark. also i should get all the kids out the way as my boobs will get bigger and stretch the scars so make sure you have that in mind before you choose to do it !!

I too was thinking to get reduced so I'd fit at least a size D, but last time I lost a lot of weight (that I put back on when starting the pill again) I was down to D so hopefully by next when we get measurement for dress I will be back to D as I can't take it anymore. but I am afraid of scars if I get reduced by operation so won't do it.

i'm the same since 18 i was convinced i wanted one and sometimes i still think i wish i'd gone for it but i've heard too many stories and things that they don't tell you when you first get them done - like having them done every 10 years to ensure they're in the correct position and then there's looking too young when you get old and also i was worried about when / if i have children what the effects might be...

i couldn't have the dress i wanted due to my chest size. in some ways i feel i've gt a second choice dress but i'm still very excited.
I'm a 40DD and i have trouble finding bras that dont cost the earth! my advice would be to get a few different measurements and then try on the suggested sizes - you'll soon know which feel right. I've always gone to m&s and they have been very helpful.

lol i've always wanted bigger boobs - i'm a 32a/b but having just heard you all complaining about them and how much they cost to get the right bra i think i'm grateful about mine! I love that my bra size is always the one left in the sale, i have so many sale bras! So i shop anywhere there is a bra sale. i love peacocks because they always have amazing padded bras with cool patterns and colours and they are so cheap i can buy as many as i like :) No idea about what i'm going to do as far as wedding lingerie goes though!

Every shop has different sizes, so you always have to try them on. The underwire should always be outside your breast, and you should be able to fit two fingers comfortably under the back on the loosest setting. The middle bit at the front should sit in between flat to the skin, with no gaps. If there is a gap you need to go up a cup size.

You can go up a back size a down a cup size if it is more comfortable.

    I'm usually a 30FF, but some places I am a 32F.

I went to be fitted properly last week as I have never had it done and wanted my wedding bra to fit properly.
I used to wear a 34DD then that has slowly reduced over the years to what I'm wearing now - a 34C. The lady who fitted me put me in a 30DD in the end. I would have never picked up a 30 band as I always assumed they were tiny.

Originally I went to Debenhams, then to M&S and they fitted me as a 34C.
Then I went to Bravissimo and I'm actually a 30GG! I look so much better in all my clothes - no "4-boobs" or riding up at the back :) xx
