It is a great idea, thanx.

I find fresh flowers of the above so expensive. Iv opted for fake flowers now, 1. who will know in the photos anyway. 2. I get to keep bouquets forever. Ill probably even do it myself im going for white roses, a few gems some ribbon and glitz. Its a great idea.

Can I ask for some suggestions please!!!! I've just picked my bridesmaid dresses and they are dark petrol blue. My huge problem is now what colour of flowers as I want real ones. Any ideas??????

Do you have any other colour in the wedding? I have gone for white roses, not only because they are one of my favorite flowers but its also because white would have gone with anything, and then i might add the bridmaids colour with gems or ribbon. I have heared that some florits can die the the colour of the flowers but im not sure of cost of that or anything! are you thinking of doing fresh flowers urself, if you are you will probably have to see what flowers would be available to you at the time of the wedding?

The only other colour at the moment is my ivory dress. My partner and all the ushers will be in kilts but they will be in similar tones to the bridesmaid dresses. The florist I have doing my flowers suggested a deep pink but I'm not overly convinced!! The wedding is next April so it'll be spring flowers.

I do like the idea of maybe just cream flowers with ribbon and gems added, that's a good idea:-)
