Just wondering if any of you girls have ever done any boudoir photography like what "for your eyes only" (FYEO) do. This is something i was thinking of doing as a wedding present for h2b. If anyone from glasgow has done this do they have any photographers they could recommend. xx

A friend is getting married in a couple of months and she had this done with FYEO. She said it was a really lovely experience and they make you feel really comfortable and it's very tasteful.
Yes Iv done loads.Im lucky Iv got a nice chilled photographer.Hes in Ashford Kent tho,so prolly nowhere near you.Dont think Id give them as a present as hes already seen my work,but would be a lovely suprise for your H2B if its something youv not done before!

Go for it, Id love to do it. Did some a while ago with a photographer friend ( same one whose doing my wedding even after he's seen my boobs and bum!) and I found it really confidence boosting.

I really dont know if i have the confidence to do it, i've got some quite bad scaring after an operation, so dont know how pleased a photogragher would be. xx

I was lucky my photographer specialises in weddings but wanted to get into arty stuff,and as he knew id done stuff before,he did it for free,and I got the CD and he made me a book! :) I love the word 'free'!!! :) He just wanted more experience in that area.

I'd never thought about anything like this before. But now i've looked on a couple of websites, i can't get it out of my head. I want to do some and do it NOW. I think my h2b will be shocked no end. xx

Lol ditto! I've wanted to do something like this for the past year or so, but this is the perfect excuse! :P I don't know when I'd give him it tho, before the wedding, on the night, after or for Christmas (which is 2 weeks after the wedding).

I don't know :S the thing he doesn't like about it isn't me dolled up/ nude etc. He doesn't like the idea of anyone seeing me nude or semi-nude in that way. Somehow a swimming costume and my little red bikini are alright out in public, but a photoshoot between me, the photographer and him he doesn't like :S
I'm half tempted to do it anyway, but I'd be totally gutted if I gave them to him on our honeymoon and he hated them. It would just ruin it, whether in a small way or a big way :S I dunno. Maybe he'd love them in the end, and would forget about the photographer?

I think once I got started, I'd start relaxing and enjoying myself :) I wouldn't want any steamy corset ones. I'd prefer coy, sweet and shy photos :)

Yeah, even with a female photographer :S it would be less of a problem, but it's still someone seeing me in that 'state'.
It's THAT TYPE of photography. Me in jeans and t-shirt he'd be fine with. Less than that, doesn't like the idea of.

I think it's quite tasteful. I'm no expert but after I saw a friends I looked into it and will definitely be doing it for my h2b. They work with what you're comfortable with so if you have scarring that you hate they will position you away from the scarring or they'll drape something lovely over you in an attractive way. My only fear is that I hate having my photos taken at the best of times.... But I'd do anything to put a smile on my Ant's face and that most certainly would

I hate having my photos taken, but i hope that this might change the way i feel about having them took. I'm certainly saving up for it, might start saving 50p's. I have scarring, but i'm not embarrassed at all about them, in fact i think i'd like them included in the picture, cos they are part of me, i wouldnt look like i do without them, if you follow me. xx

hi all this is such a good idea! after reading your comments on here, iv had a looka at a couple of websites and phoned up one company and had a quote for £250, not cheap, considering i was thinking of giving him socks on the morning of the wedding!!! ill definatly be doing it, all the pics of the girls look fantastic and must be a huge confidence boost before your big day

Has a long phonecall with OH, and he explained that it being a female photographer wouldn't make it any less bad for him. So I asked what the difference between a photoshoot with a female photographer with me in pants and bra, and me in the swimming pool with my red bikini on, with over 50 people there. He said that he hated that too, but didn't say anything, because it's the norm. He said a scenario similar would be (tho slightly exaggerated) if I'd kissed someone. He would forgive me but he would always know it happened :S
*sigh* That's the only thing that exasperates me about him :S :)
