I keep hearing about these boudoir photo shoot's and really want to do one but I am terrified. What actually happens on the day? I am quite body concious and my other half rarely sees me without clothes on for this reason but I know he would love this. I would like to hear some of your own experiences and whether you had fun or if it was as terrifying as it seems... Thanks in advance xxx

hi, I had always said NO WAY would I ever do this as, as no confidence and not proud of my body at all but took the plunge & bought one back in August for £14 with a voucher found on the sites that do special deals.
Whilst I would do it again I would it agai,n it would only be after a) loosing weight & b) making sure I wore a basque, all I could see when I looked at the photos was a blobby tummy and a fat person. There was only one that was suitable for OH birthday. I certainly wouldn't pay full price to have one done.
if you have one done make sure you check the photo prices as some are ridiculously expensive and not all places sell individual photos or put on a disc.

I have seen an offer that someone on here posted for £24 which seems like a good price and it is nationwide by looks of it. I Just don't know whether I have the courage to strip off for a complete stranger.
Do they ask what look you are going for in terms of how far you go with the poses? I will look at the offer posted on here tonight and look at how much the photographs cost to buy etc. Part of me is thinking to get the idea out of my head because I really don't feel I am confident enough xxx

Haha, I haven't done one and probably never will, was looking for an experience voucher for mum and dad and came across it. It is a good idea, and a lovely gift for h2b, but we hope to have not long had a baby by the time we get married, so defo not for me lol xx
