I was going to have a London bus to get my guests from the church to the reception, but seeing as the reception is now only 200 meters away it seems a little extravagant!! I think they are very cool though.

Love it,we wanted one of these but the turn into the venues' drive is too sharp so the bus couldn't get there and we live in a cul de sac so it couldn't get down our street -i would have ended up walking half the way! xxx

This worked out cheaper than 2 wedding cars so I'm over the moon!
It's only because I'm leaving from my parents house that I can have this. My street is really narrow and has speed bumps, which would be a no go!
I've read about the Campervan called Alfie!! How cute! My colour theme is navy blue and the hire company did have an open top blue bus like the red one, but I live in Glasgow and can't be sure it won't rain! x

Well ours is all booked too! Meet Alfie - seats 6 and I have him for the whole day for £345 including a cd of all the photos they take and a bottle of champers for me and him. Although, mum is not happy, how will your brothers get to the ceremony, how will my boyfriend get there? So that put a bit of a dampener on my excitement. Might have to get mums car jazzed up with ribbon or something to keep her quiet.

Glad its not just my mother. At the moment theres an issue over whether mum or dad is giving me away as i dont know if my dad will be at the wedding or not. Obviously mum will step in if he cant and therefore travel with me and the BM's in the van. But its not my problem how my brothers get there or how her boyfriend gets there. But she makes me feel guilty when I start talking about transport!! Mothers!

Well originally we were looking at a car and a 8 seater vintage bus so there would have been room. But that was costing £700. I told mum I was looking for alternatives because of the price so it's no shock to her. My brothers aren't even ushers. I could understand if they were.

we found a crysler 300 for only £160 which is a great price but weve been allocated rooms in which to get married in so not sure about needing car now unless we get the house were after then we can just get ready at home xx
