Hi all , I am so happy finally found somewhere I like and of course my fiancé likes too and just so relieved yet nervous. Suddenly this all feels very real and even though it's not until July next year I have the feeling time is going to go so fast lol I have to say it is somewhere different to what I always imagined when planning my wedding in my head but I have found since this actual planning has started everything I thought I wanted isn't what I want lol So now the diet kicks in and the wedding shopping really starts !

I have seen that in some wedding mags beautiful :) We won't be getting married there but they do ceremonies too but we are having a church wedding . Will be July next year :) Have to say the staff are very helpful and the poor girl in charge of weddings has had loads of emails from me asking about changes I want and all are allowed ! I have so many ideas for the place and it weather friendly as well you know the great welsh weather can be rather wet lol x

I am not officially catholic as my mum and her family was but as she was basically forced as a child she hated the fact she didn't have a choice so even though all through my childhood and onwards I believe in God I have never been baptised . My partner has been baptised but not practising . I really want to be married in this place as I want to have religious aspect of it and also that particular church is special to my family who are no longer here including my mum

Woohoo I'm another welsh bride getting married at old walls Gower, my friend had her wedding reception and evening party at the museum, it was amazing and her photographs were just fantastic such a unique venue

All brides based in south wales - if you havent got a photographer yet, the one i had for my wedding was amazing and didnt break the bank! obv I cant post info on here but i have put it on my wall so you can check it out! we've had all the images from 2 photographers all day on a memory stick for £400! just something for you to bear in mind :) xxx

Hi other welsh brides :) Oldwalls is beautiful :) That's why I love the museum love how unique it is and central too ! New Zealand theme sounds fab me and H2B have a basic theme but nothing that fully blends together lol
