I think it would look fab. I was thinking pink for mine but dont want it to look to fairy like, and my idea was to add black in. x

I think it will look amazing. It was my first choice but the other half stuck the brakes on thinking it was too harsh and agreed to Pewter and White ( most of my stuff is black though, he wont be able to tell lol)

mine is cerise/fushia pink, Ivory and silver ( a small amount of pale pink too) with a butterfly theme.
My tables are being alternate pink table cloths and ivory table cloths.
My chief bridesmaid (my sister) is wearing a cerise/fushia pink floor length dress with a pale pink sash and the rest are wearing pale pink knee length dresses with cerise/fushia pink sashes. Flowergirls are maybe wearing ivory puffy princess dresses with cerise pink bows. grooms men are wearing pale pink cravats and H2B and our son will be wearing cerise pink cravats. There is pink everywhere in our wedding. Sounds rather sickly but i've got ideas for everything and it's honestly not as bad as it sounds, lol.

Black and ivory (my dress is ivory) was my original idea but i didn't want my bridesmaids in black and my sister really wanted a pink dress so the rest of the wedding built up around that idea.

My daughter is almost 3 and is already showing signs of being a tomboy. she will not wear a dress no matter how much i try. so she may have to be pinned down on the day to get the dress on her, lol. one of my sisters will be 8 she's also being a flower girl and is a tomboy, so getting them ready should be great fun, lol

i am having a black/white theme as i believe over time the pics shouldnt/would not date. i love it and think its quite classy, so if its what you want go for it

My theme is black, ivory and red roses. So for our centre pieces we have black lily vases with red roses in and black beer grass and crystals which will be surrounded by 4 tealights and clear table crystals

I would love to ask the guests to all wear black and white but not sure how to do it without sounding to bossy - any suggestions? x

Guests were told it was a black and white theme, however they did not need to wear the black and white, most did and it looked great.

I am having a black and white wedding with red roses so ive told my guests bright summery colours and no red white or black :-)

We went for Black and Ivory in the end. My dress is ivory, bridesmaid dresses are black and ivory, groom and groomsmen in Dark grey suits, H2B has ivory cravat and waistcoat and the other gorromsmen have pale pink. I'v gone for pinks in my flowers.
Ivory Table cloths, with black napkins, ivory chair covers, black bows, and cupcake stands as centre pieces with back cases, ivory icing rose tops and little sparkly pink icing butterflies balancing on them.

black and white looks really nice in wedding ideas mag they got lots of different colour schemes and black and white is one of them and its pretty xx

I wanted black purple and silver for my colour scheme but not 100% found loads of ideas for how it could look but think it'll depend on the colour of the dress I go for in the end!
