Ok so since i dont have many girls who have stuck by me over the years and that i can consider best friends I have opted to have a 'best man' instead of maid of honour. I am having 2 bridesmaids (OH twin sisters). He is having 3 best men and the ring bearer is his nephew.

Has anyone else had or having a best man instead of maid of honour?
    any advice?
    Thanks
    Jxxx

We didn't have any bridesmaids so my eldest son (bride's best man) and my brother walked me down the aisle with my youngest son in front as the page boy. It worked well. xx

Why not do it? I know of people who have had a woman as best man so why not the other way round? Go for it.

Y not? I think its great 2 break from tradition. My mum was at a wedding on saturday and she was the MOH, walked bride down the aisle, gave her away, was a witness and had the job of looking after the marriage certificate.lol

    Marrying "the 1" on 4th Oct 2013
