Oh thats wot i meant by sash kinda shrug ha! well read :P

Yeah thats the kinda thing i was thinking of cause the criss cross detail under my bust is that kind of material.

I didnt really want anything on my shoulders to take the effect away from the detail.

:-) shall have to go on a hunt! x

Dips, over head triceps curls, narrow push ups, there are a ton of these which will help to build some muscle; HOWEVER, the only way to get definition is to build muscle AND reduce overall body fat %. So getting in a little extra cardio would help.

If you don't have time for all that then I'm sure a plain wrap around would work fine.

Well ive got like 1 - 2 years (booking actual date this weekend) so im sure i can work on it :)

Stupid question but what are narrow push ups? are your hands just closer together?

I also have a x trainer and kettle bell at home so going to start using that and hopefully not give h2b a black eye whilst doing so hehe!

Narrow push ups are hands closer together yes, ideally you want to make a diamond shape between your pointing fingers and thumbs on the floor. This means the triceps are working rather than more the back and chest.

I myself am a circus aerial and pole fitness instructor and I have never found a type of exercise that's more fun and tones up your upper body better than those activities!

P.S. Your dress looks lovely, if I weren't going for a slim fitting empire line I would certainly go for something like that. x

i found a dvd of a mat exercise routine - you don't need space , could use weight or just two tins of soup! says you need to do it 4-5 times a week for results but you have 22 months (lucky you). you could just do the arms bit and that would take 10-15min a day... gweneth and madonna use her. tracy anderson method. buy it online, not expensive. just need the motivation.
Chair dips are also good - use a chair, the bath or whatever you have. it just take lots of work :( I have less that 4 months - still seeking the motivation argh

    Cool thank you girls :)
Going to book venue tomorrow so I will know the date that I am aiming for, I reckon this will get me motivated more than anything!
Also when my mum gets back off hols I'm going to ask her help me try my dress on, so I can see just how much I have to tone up/loose in weight!
Then at least Ive got a clear picture!
I find that when ive got a goal I aim for it much more :)
Plus its h2bs 30th in september and I'm taking him to paris as a suprise so as its hopefully going to be hot i would like to wear lil dresses and shorts so need to be loosing weight for that!
    xx

unfortunately no matter how much weight I lose I have bingo wings. I dont think theres much we can all do about them. I tried weights but that just made them worse so I have accepted them. Try speaking to someone at a gym or something about toning but not doing too much on the weights as I think that made mine worse. Mine wobble when I wave grrrrrr. I may try those shake things to just try to burn the fat in this area but I am running out of time. If anyone finds a workable answer let me know too!

cant wait to be Mrs Evans less than 3 weeks woooo
    start weight 10st 1.5 lbs
    weight now 8st 4.5 lbs
total loss to date: 24.5 lbs now need to maintain!

I have Davina ultimate target DVD, its excellant! it has a really good fat burner for reducing overall body fat, which will help massively, and then it has a boot camp section, which targets all areas, but especially good for you it has a whole bingo wing section! defo worth the money! x
