Well I'm getting married a week today so I know I won't look how I want for my big day.
Luckily my wedding dress is very flattering so I don't look as big as I am but I have said after the wedding I want to throw myself into dieting after the wedding.
I've tried cutting down and eating healthier etc but I just don't have the willpower.
I've looked at lighterlife but its SO expencive!
I might throw myself back into weight watchers...
I want to have a photoshoot on our 1 year anniversary and I want to look stunning! We also will be trying for a baby next year and I want to be healthier for that. And we are going on honeymoon in December and I'd like to be a few stone lighter by then too.
The only thing about weight watchers is I need the meetings as motivation, but they do a new plan now and I prefer the old one :(

I would recommend either weight watchers or slimming world. I found both of these work really well and are a more lifestyle choice rather than a fad diet.
Oh and good luck for your upcoming wedding - not long now! Bet your very excited :D x

TBH there is not much you can really do in 7 days but cut back on carbs ir bread pasta potatoes etc (they make you feel bloated/sluggish) drink plenty if water every day, no or little alcohol (empty calories) and cut out sweets, rubbish etc. After the big day, don't think of it as dieting, as it won't last try to think of it as healthy lifestyle as Nicola has mentioned above. Everything in moderation. I can't say which is best for you as each slimming group will work best for different people, if you have done WW before and it worked for you stick to that. Also remember to do some exercise, you can only go so far with changing food for so long, if you do exercise it will help wit hteh fat burning.
Good luck with the big day, hope everything is almost ready and nerves are not too much. xxx

Again i must say slimming world, from november 2011 t0 march 2012, i lost 2 stone and 1lbs. My dad has lost nearly 5 stone, along with my partner which is 2st. It's not like a diet at all, its a healthy eating programe.
I really felt that Weight Watches was a diet, and i always felt hungrey! xx
