Hand food, hand cream I <3 it, it works wonders for me.. I have the soap and glory over night cotton gloves too!

Ok.. When you're doing your make-up if you have redness or blemishes.. use a lilac concealer, if you have bags use green concealer, and for everything else, use nude concealer under your foundation.. :) xx

If you comb your hair while you have conditioner in it, but not after.. it helps keep away the frizz and also makes your hair a little softer :) x

Also use cuticle oil before pushing cuticles back or nipping them...
For anyone that doesn't know.. once you've pushed them back for so long they not too easy to keep pushing back, so you can get cuticle nippers and when you've softened them, you can nip along with the nippers and take off excess cuticles.. then you push back what's left (don't cut too close as you may cut yourself if you're doing it for the first few times) with a hoof stick or orange wood stick! xx

For the ladies that struggle to lose weight, but are wanting to shift a few pounds for the big day... If you have a healthy diet and exercise and drink plenty of water and you're still only losing weight really slowly.. try having Fortnightly/weekly faradic body treatments at a local beauty college, it's like spending an hour in the gym, but all you do is lay there for an hour! :)

For ladies that are a little older and are concerned about wrinkles.. we all know anti aging creams don't work.. try having dermalift facial and/or body treatments (up to 10 if you can budget for it.. if not 1/2 do show a difference.. These help the muscles in you face plump out your skin to make the wrinkles show a little less.

rinse dark with vinegar or beer and fair hair with lemon juice or camomile tea.... old fashioned remedy to give shine...you would have to give it a good old rinse after to rid hair of the smell though lol x

For Ladies that find it hard to relax and are consious about massages because of people touching you.. Try a G5 treatment.. This is a deep muscle massage treatment that is done by a machine, so it works faster and you don't have any hands all over you.

For Ladies who want to detoxify before the big day, try a vacuum suction face and/or body treatment this drains toxins through your lymph nodes.. also can help on the weight loss front accompanied with a faradic and a healthy lifestyle. not suitable for ladies who have got or have had cancer in the last 1-3 years (each salon varies).

None of the treatments are suitable for pregnant people, some are unsuitable for people with diabetes, epilepsy, or people who suffer from heart problems.
Only vacuum suction is suitable if you have a pace maker.

lol dellie, the only reason you can have vacuum suction with a pace maker and nothing else, is because the other treatments send an electric current through your body, but vacuum suction doesn't, and electric currents can mess with a pacemaker, so it's safer to not offer it the clients with pacemakers.. Oh people with pacemakers can have G5 at the therapists discresion, so if she's comfortable with it.

Also, nail extention, make up, eyelash extentions, manicures, pedicures, waxing, SWD epilation, eyelash tints, eyelash perms, eyebrow shapes, massage ect.. also suitable for clients with pace makers and other electronic implants (no this doesn't include the contraceptive implant) xx

It's bad for your hair to wash it too often so if it feels a little greasy after a day or 2 (which it sometimes does in this weather) than you can get Batiste dry shampoo to spray on to make if feel a little fresher for an extra day or so.. if you have blonde hair, you're lucky cause talc does the exact same job.. just makes brunettes or people with black hair look very dandruffy! also makes it look shinier after you wash it properly! xx

When you wake up, and just before bed, Wash your face with cleanser, and then exfoliate with facial exfoliater (facial skin is more sensitive that the rest of the body) after that use a toner and then moisturise, everyday.. and once a week add a mask inbetween the exfoliator and the tonic... this will make you as fresh as a daisy for your wedding day, also get make-up remover.make-uo removing wipes to take make-up off before you do this in the evening.
If you know what skin type you are you can buy a specific range for your skintype.. if not just use basic products xx

After washing ur hair, rinse your conditioner off with a cool rinse (the coldest you can stand, the better) this will close the hair cucticle, so the hair will be less likley to be damaged by the heat from your dryer/straightners and wil also give a shiney finish x :)
