    Hi,
I'm a newbie to find out some information off anyone who's had a mexico wedding, planning one or been to one??!
Basically we are booking next month, we dont know which hotel yet as prices havent come out but we do know that we want a beach wedding for jan 2016 in mexico.
We were planning away, looking through all the lovely hotels then one thing put me off which I didnt think about.....they plonk your wedding smack bang in the middle of a busy beach :/ its seriously put me off and I need some help??? As anyone got any suggestions or experience on hotels that do this a bit more private for a beach wedding?
We are only looking to spend up £5,000 for 2 adults,1 childd and a baby for 2 weeks all inclusive so I dont know if private or private-ish is a option here?? :( any help please???

Hiya, I lived in a few diff places over 6 months in mexico along the carribean coast , where abouts in mexico are you looking ? I can give you some info on some places that have private beaches, that are amazing, very romatnic and do weddings and about 2hours from Cancun, stay away from cancun basically, its super touristy with no private or romantic places full of commercial crap. let me know if want details :)

Only been to mexico for a holiday but id love to get married there. We stayed in playa del carmen absolutely lovwly place we stayed in riu tequila but id say the palace ones r for weddings (we accidentaly walked right oast a wedding when we frst arrived looking around the riu hotels)

U need to speak to the wedding coordinators within the travel agencies and also email a few of the hotels u want to stay at to see how they can help you :-)

Where are you from? Maybe look into speaking to a wedding planner, some specialise in wedding abroad, thats what id do thatway they might be able to get you a good deal and peace at mind!
