Well i actually feel like crying!!! Have been searching for the perfect wedding shoes for months, and with help from few ladies on here, i won some on bay of e, I emailed the seller today ask when i would be receiving the shoes. Shes now replied to me to tell me shes 'lost' the shoes!! How can u lose a pair of shoes which you are selling on bay of e!!! Im really peeved now! search begins again argh!

I would still open a case against her hun, but you may not get very far with her offering a refund......make sure you give her negative feedback too!

OMFG!!! If i cud throttle someone it wud be her!! i have just demanded a refund and what message do i get back..... I cannot bloody believe this!!! Seller: Oh my god the panic is over. I have found them. Right under my nose lol!! They will be in the post to you first class recorded in the morning. You should have them by Friday.

She runs a boutique for vintage clothes etc. those were the only pair, though she was trying to sell me whatever else. By plugging that she has over 400 other pairs of shoes. I want the blue ones not any of ur others!!! lol. She reckons shes 'found' them now and has posted them, But once received she wil be receiving neg feedback for stressing me out. Even my h2b called her a few choice words and even said he would take me to Chockers (ashford) to get a new pair of shoes.

i hope they are okay when you get them and i think she needs to keep a better track of her auction items, when i put stuff on ebay i make sure i know where they are and usually keep them in a pile in a seperate part of my house. in her case she should have removed them from the shop floor and put them in a box in the back of the shop of something!

i personally think that you should bring up a case with paypal and ebay and see if they can get you the refund anyway! along with leaving negative feedback!

Erm...sorry to cause a stir, but I do not think someone deserves a refund when they are getting the product. Yes, she is silly and stupid for having "lost" her product, giver her negative feedback and tell her off. But she has sent the product and she deserves to be paid for it. Free postage should be included at this point though... xx

i didnt even check feedback because her feedback score was 1700. have just checked it now. Someone left neg feedback in September to say they never received their item. i really hope she sent my shoes!!

i've just had the same thing happen to me but with a dress i bought to wear for a christening, after 2 weeks i still havent received it, and when questioned them about where it was they told me they couldnt remember when it was posted and would look into it, i still havent heard anything so i have opened a case against them for a full refund xx

I waited ages for an item and i got in touch with the seller, me if it didnt arrive by a certain day then they would send them first class.
It was supposed to be sent 2nd class in the first place and the day she told me to tell her if they had arrived by they arrived first class.
i dont think she sent it till the day i told her it hadnt arrived and that she sent it first class that day!

I have emailed her to let her know i am aware that she has neg feedback and if i had seen it before i paid for the shoes i would have never bought from her. And im hoping that the neg feedback was a misunderstanding and a one off. She's told me that she sent the shoes 1st class recorded this morning.

awwww theyre fab hunny, try not to get to stressed thought hunny, i had a really expensive electrical book for sale once and a bidderbought it for 45pounds only when i came to send it my puppy had been using it as a chew toy!!!
not good and the buyer was not impressed but i promptly gave a full refund n sought another seller for her. these things do sometimes happen, they look lovely tho x x x
