Do any of you ladies know of a reasonably priced 'barn' venue for my friends wedding who just got engaged? We have looked at a few but many are booked for next July(when she would like it) or they are way too expensive.
She is in the Herts,Beds,Bucks area.

Does she want it for the ceremony or just the reception. If ceremony then your local council should have a list of licensed venues. If just the breakfast you could try contacting local farmers to see if they rent out any space or know of anyone that does.

I was going to recommend the Barns Hotel in Bedford. I'm getting married in the Priory Barn in Little Wymondley (nr Hitchin), so that's another one.

Ooh what about Studham Barn??? That has a REALLY reasonable package. x
