    Hi all
I was wondering if anyone had tried any of the bach flower remedies or st johns wort, and if you had any success with them.

Im learning to drive and have booked my test for the end of the month as my theoy test runs out.
I hate driving as i get so nervous, and although every one says im actually a good driver, hen my nerves start playing up i start messing up really baddly, and then i dread my lessons.

Ive been learning now for over 10 years - my provisional licence ran out lol - but in that time ive probably had about 60 lessons, as i get that bad i keep quitting.

I want to pass my test so baddly, plus i need a licence for my new job which i start at the end of the month - i feel im putting too much pressure on myself .. but i think i could pass my test if i could just get over these stupid nerves. I know i can drive well enough.

so ... back to my question lol .. has anyone used either of the above, if so, are they any good.

    Thanks everyone :)

St John's wort is more for depression

Pop into Holland and Barratt there's lots of different types of rescue remedy and the sales assistant will be able to help you find right one chick x

St John Wort also cancels out your pill, so if you take the pill as contraception, make sure you use something else :) x

I took Kalms on my third attempt at my driving test - the one I passed, I don't know if they actually worked or it was psychological but I did feel better x

bach rescue remedy is the best flower remedy and it's an instant fix for times of anxiety where as st johns wort is a daily supplement and it has an uplifting effect like anti depressents almost as apposed to dealing with nerves. and i find it is instant. couple of drops UNDER YOUR TONGUE and it works in minutes. or sip it in a bottle of water in the hour before x
