I know catherine its scary, I feel like ive been on the journey from the beginning with you and in 5 months it will all be over.

I was at my best friends wedding yesterday and I sobbed like a big baby (They have been through a lot together) bit hacked off that she used one of my readings after I told her I was having it but only after she told me she wasn't considering it but it is such a beautiful reading.

her dress is very similar to mine and my OH didnt like it said the skirt was too big and the train too long ARGH but he will love me in it :)

I'm busy selling random stuff Ive decided to clear out on eBay to help with the wedding fund!
Also went and got my engagement ring downsized today whilst at work and it fits so much better and is all sparkly and shiny! :)

Ha how funny is that that's the same amount I'm up to at the moment! Sold some sunglasses a gps watch and the oh's roller skates! Pffft I'm now searching round for what else I can clear out! It's a bit addictive!

That's gorgeous Sprucey, I would take it to a seamstress to see what she would charge for adjustments, unless your very good with a sewing machine its probably not worth risking.

I pick my dress up next week, a little nervous but ill be locking it away.

I can't believe its 5 months but why do all our counters say 4 months?

Because once you've hit the 5 month point, it then goes to 4 weeks and 30 days so that when you get into the weeks and days bit it makes sense :)

Ours will be more then that for paying everything off, but most of it is sat in savings

We are currently saving £400 a month, but should all be paid off next month

Well I didn't take any pictures as I was busy swishing, grinning and crying!

I'd forgotten how sparkly it was, and the icing on the cake is that I need it taking in, by about a dress size! YAY!

I literally just went to try it on, they ask all their brides to do it to check they are happy with the choice, fit, quality of the dress etc. I'll be having a fitting whenever I want basically, but I said that I'd like to lose a few more inches first so they said to give them a call in a month or so to arrange.
They've also said I can go and try it on whenever, as I was fretting a little about arranging a fitting and a make-up trial as I'm quite limited on my times with work and BM's living/working away, so now I can just arrange a try on after my trial.

It's so strange to try that dress on and realise its MY wedding dress, to be worn on MY actual wedding day, and nobody else has tried it on or worn it. Made me so so excited though! :) x

My bridesmaids are going to have slightly different hair I think, they all have a yellow flower to go in their hair and I will give them some idea's but going to give them free reign as long as they don't pick anything silly-which I trust them not to. They all have different length hair so really can't expect them to have the same style, I think it can look a bit too much when they all have too much going on the same to be honest as well.

Ive only got my sister but we were looking at hair styles, her hair will be going up but not sure what like and with a hair slide of some sorts. but she has said not to get her a hair/make up trail and save the money.

I am useless when it comes to hair.

It sounds like you had a wonderful time trying your dress on beximo!! I wish it was me though hehe ;) I love how accommodating they are for you, so lovely to see that they are still bending over backwards for you! X

Cakes, dresses it's all getting so exciting now isn't it! Is anyone haven't hair make up trials for bms? I'm having my hair and make up next month but they don't do it for bms so I guess they just work it out on the day? Do you just pick something easy and simple that'll suit all? I've only got 2 bms and one has real long hair an the other shoulder length!

I am funding it all very exciting! (If not quite stressful!), we started making my invites yesterday :). Didn't get then all done as we just got all a bit tierd as we were making them our selfs from scratch. I will post a picture when they are all done. And ElizabethF49 I asked my mil to email all the dresses of my ohs side, she have us all her side and not his dad side! Then wen hen we asked so said 'oh sorry I don't know his side addresses' all she needed to do was look in the address book lol! She did eventually so now we have all the addreses we need :). Xx
