haha I got my oh ring in the sale in Littlewoods cat. for £12 from £50. Tungstan one, (hes a mechanic) needs a hard wearing one. And ive chosen two, oh hasnt bought it yet, but im kinda easy to buy for as i only wear silver or white gold at a push. Ive seen the same ring one in silver for £20 , or white gold for £120. But its in the cat. So may just buy it and he pay for it.

Got rings sorted at weekend, a little different from the ones we saw the other day but just as nice if not nicer and was loads cheaper so that was ideal! Got our meeting next week with venue to run through everything and then its a case of getting it all paid off and getting invites out... Starting to feel real now xx

Ours is 12pm... We picked out the vows etc last night for our ceremony - I'm actually bricking it in a way as no doubt ill be nervous n mumble all my words haha!! Hopefully I'll be alright - have a drink before hand for a bit of dutch courage lol!!

hahah well cos we gotta be at my parents house for 8 day before am gettin loads of nibbles in, strawberries to go with champs, crossaints, sum kind of cereal sum flapjacks etc etc but as soon as we start gettin dressed food stops lol

Wow 8 days - at the mo we are waiting for our house to be built so looking like I'll probs be at my Dad's house day before. Definately going to have loads of nibbles and chinese night before etc as by then its pretty safe to say dress will fit fine by then xx

Well my mum and h2b parents are paying for some of the big things dress, suits and and some of venue but all the other things add up dont they luckily both of our families are quite good with helping us out so we should be ok for the basics its just the little extras I want lol x

We've got all our deposits paid, got quite a bit saved up in my ISA and then paying off little bits here and there.... Got our detailed meeting with venue next week so will be able to get a few things sorted after, and then get the invites out. To do list is slowly shrinking :) xx

oh I wish we had. We emailed a few who said they could take payment early but hubby to be has said no. He would rather leave the money in our accounts as he has never seen so much in either haha and he wants to enjpy that feeling for a little longer first. Bet it will kill him when it all goes.

£265 left on lowers
£120 on limo for bm's- but mums payin for that
£200 cake/cupcakes.. sister paying £100 towards for present
£300 ish on lads presents, h2b stallin on theirs girls are all done lol
£150 on hair on day for me, 7 bms and mothers hair- can be paid on day
£45 for trail& make up on day. I will be havin facial/nails/eyelashes done but not including this in weddin fund lol
£65 fr 120 OOS/ table plan ( same person at cake lady)
H2b shoes
£250?? church priest said it will be around this but no deffo price yet
£20 guest book
need to add 5 kids onto hotel @£13 each so £65 not much lol
need to add 5 chiar covers £1.80= £9
need to add one centre piece @ £9

then gunna buy moet & food for nite b4 and morning of wedding

I am very envious. We have already paid off a fair bit but still have over 14k left to pay. I understand whar hubby to be means but I would still rather just pay it off. He said I can make a payment a month and in feb this will be a big one as its the rings so that will take a good chunk and after that in march it is the venue so again will take a big chunk. Then after that, they will be sending us bills anyways.

yeah between the two of us there is more yey :) as we have been saving for 18 months, but now I am being forced to save for a new house too! All because I have proved I can save. I just really want to go on a splurge though but had better resist the temptation. I really do think we will cry though as all that money leaves the account :( but it will be worth it. We better had only be doing it once.
