Hi, I'm a newbie, and I get married July 2016 I've decided on artificial flowers, I've found a bouquet and I have fell in love with it, Is it too early to order it, and will it still look as good by the time I get married in 14 months, Has anyone else had artificial flowers and ordered them this early? How did you store them?

I don't think it's too early at all. If you ensure it's stored correctly - well wrapped, away from direct heat/sunlight etc. then they will be just fine. I would probably just store them in the original packaging they came in.
I'm going to be ordering mine within the next couple of months and will be storing them :) x

I get married in May neat year and ordered my flowers in December, they aren't made yet but the lady making them said as long as you store them away from dust and don't let them get squashed, you can keep them forever and they will still look the same x

Definitely not too early if you can store them away from dust and in a box to stop them getting squashed.
Funny you posted about artificial flowers today as this afternoon I've just treated myself to 3 vases of artificial flowers for our home. Filled 3 vases for only £35. Great value and they look amazing!

The shop on our high street I got my ones from today do posies of roses which I thought would make amazing wedding flowers for brides and bridesmaids, I can see why some brides go for them now plus they're so much lighter to carry than real flowers, my bouquet whilst I absolutely loved it and wouldn't change what I had was rather weighty. Also can't believe the shop was only selling them for£9.50 a posy, that's so good considering real ones would be £30 for bridesmaids and £50 - £75 for brides.
I'm converted now to artificial flowers I have to say.
Was looking at some online at Dun31m but decided to try our local independent instead and so glad I did.

Thank you everyone, can't wait to order them, Rachel that's a good idea, I'll ask them, they're from an online site I found, the reviews are great, I suppose I could always order them now and ask them to be made a bit nearer to the date, I'm just really impatient and want to see them now lol x

these are mine and the flower girls (my 2 little girls) our colour theme is mint and pale pink si bridesmaids will wear mint and their flowers will be very similar to mine, What do you all think? Will it look good?

they are very pretty. maybe pop to a florist who also does artificial flowers and take the photos with you and find out if they could make similiar. ujst to give you more options if needed. they look like they will go lovely x

I ordered mine in May last year so I still had 2 years to go until the wedding, shes been ordering things in to make them all up for me and I pay the final balance in July so I'm going to keep them somewhere safe until then xx
