    Hi all;
    I did look for a thread relating to this and there was only one which was closed and not very helpful as a moderator said there was a sticky about it at the top of the forum - the thread was from 2010 so I guess its no longer a sticky :S

    Anyway I was wondering where the best place to get artificial (silk e.t.c) flowers from for the bouquet e.t.c at a good price. I want to keep my flowers so artificial seems best.

    Ideally I would like artificial Silk Blue Dendrobium as they are beautiful :)

    Also known as blue galaxy orchids.

    You can try looking on the bay of e, they have some really great artificial flowers on there, or try asking at your local florists, these days you will find a lot of florists also do artificial flowers too, artificial flowers are a lot more common among brides now so have a bit of a trawl through g*oogle and see what you can find

    And my soul saw yours and said
    "oh, I have been looking for you"

    I got mine from a place called thes1lkw3ddingflorist. My bouquet was £28. The corsage for my MOH was about £10 I think?

    I got mine from the bay of e. For £170 I've got a bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaid posies, flower girl basket, cake topper, two double button holes, 2 cousages and I think 10 buttonholes. It's a bargain!

    I see this thread is old, but I think I have decided on artificial flowers and I was wondering if anyone has found any good places to buy from recently? I am ideally looking for purple and something a little bit different, so maybe I would be best just to go with fresh flowers, but the thought of spending all that on something that I can't keep seems crazy to me. xx

    Trying to find artificial gerberas. I bought some cheap ones of the auction site and they look well... cheap. Haven't been able to find them in any of my local shops and I don't want to keep ordering of websites and wasting my money when they aren't very good quality. Any recommendations? Tia

    I'm considering fake more and more, there are some lovely looking one's on the auction site... will look at a few others as well, if they look as good in real life it will save a small fortune

    Main take a look on tube of you it shows you how to make them they're dead easy,but if you're not upto it or don't have the time a lot of bouquet florists will be willing to make you them, although they are more pricey than flowers.depending on what broached you want to use and the cost of them they can range from £65-£150.
    You can also send your florist your own broaches to incorporate into it :)
