    I ordered some flower headbands for my young bridesmaids in pink and white as that is my theme.
    I sent two messages to make sure she was doing it in pink and white not ivory. Well ive just received them and guess what they are bloody ivory!!!!!
    Arghhh and now i have to pay the postage back to her and again for the right ones to be sent to me. What a joke.

    Really sorry to hear they were done incorrectly hun.

    As it is her error and you have proof from your contacts of your colour requests, she should be covering the costs for the postage atleast, even if it is done after the fact (though most companies will send a prepaid envelope/box of some variety once they know it needs to be returned).

    im still waiting for a reply. i tried to phone her but she wasnt available and i was told to call back!!!

    im really p**sed off, how after two messages can you get it wrong!! Ive also just checked her feedback its 99.4% which i thought was good but looking at the negative comments people have said the same about the colours being wrong and no communication so im very worried now! x

    yeah i also agree it is her fault so she should be paying its not fair that you should!! or she could at least refund you after you have sent them back. hope you sort it xxx

    start weight 10st 1.5 lbs

    i got a message back from her saying she could of sworn she put white roses but is emailing me a picture so i can compare how white her white flowers are. Ive still got to pay the postage though. if they are her whitest ones, i want a refund as they dont match my bridesmaid dresses!! x

    I have just had a message from her saying she is going to send out 3 more with pink and white roses so i can compare them and then send a set back. Anyone else think that this is weird?? Why would you do that as i could keep all 3 couldnt i?
    I have a feeling that im not going to get any more??

    Ebay dispute and you can claims back money if pay paled i think ive had similar probs before
