Well as the above suggests i am annoyed and stressed! i know everything i need and want for my wedding except a colour to go with my fairytale theme but the thing is i was going to go with light blue which i only picked so h2b would be happy as he likes blue (men being men), he wants to now wear a kilt the rangers tartan and is determined to do this so my only choice is royal blue. i have been swaying between the shades of blue for months but in all honesty i hate the idea of having my wedding blue ( no offence to anyone having this). i want something different maybe even rainbow! or just something nice and girly like red or pink or even just silver/sparkly, i know its h2bs choice as well but its like i have no say :(

i know, but the thing is i dont want it turning into a football theme with the red, white and blue, my h2b is mad about rangers and everyone knows it x

I would sit down and have a conversation with him. Its a large decision that he needs to be happy with to. We were trying to use two greens but my oh raised concerns and I completely agreed with him so we are now having silver and green. Maybe lay out the tartan and some complimentary colours and get him to choose?

haha i have the same problem, my h2b is rangers mad too. I chose rainbow theme at first, then it was red white and blue (rangers - but also union jack) but i changed it as it was looking like a rangers party, now were on blues, my dress is blue tho so no way round it for me. Im adding silver into the flowers tho just so its not overly blue, i have silver centre pieces and silver shoes too. Im due to order bridesmaid dresses in Jan and im still stuck between royal blue and silver.
its a nightmare! haha omg i love your dress, i think silver bridesmaid dresses would look lovely!, i was actually starting to like the light blue for my theme and was hoping my h2b would wear a grey suit to go with the colours, but then he decided he wanted to wear a kilt. But in all honesty i dont have a clue what colours to have or if i even have a choice, will have to sit him down and speak tonight after he gets in from work x
