hi everyone..i have woke up silly o'clock this morn stressing over minor details lol! I wasnt planning on having any of my bridesmaids stay over with me the night before..two of them have children so its hard for them to get away for the night..but now im stressing that they will turn up late..hair..make up etc..aarggh! lol, im staying at my mums house and its quite small so there really isnt room for them to camp over etc..and my house will be full of other visiting family members..are any of you having your bridal party staying with you before hand? :)

I have a similar problem, I don't want all mine to stay round coz my house isn't that big but they are really unreliable and I don't trust them to turn up on time! I think I'll decide nearer the time

Hi, I have the same issue. I have a silly amount of bridesmaids and I wont be able to physically fit them in my mothers house, so I am having the younger ones be dropped off by their mothers and the older ones are staying around as they will take longer to get ready and I plan on dressing the kids at the last minute!
one of my bridesmaids already lives at my mums house...my sister lol. which leaves one! i probally will ask if she wants to stay over, then we can have a girly night before hand. and seeing as the wedding is at 10.30 in the morning, its probally easier. but my flower girls will be brought to the house about 9.30ish or something to get them ready last minute! x

Well I have 5 bridesmaids and 2 flowergirls so their is no way we are all going to fit in the house lol!! My idea was that 3 of my Bridesmaids could stay over cause they are the ones that keep telling me they will be here even if they have to sleep on the floor the other 2 bridesmaids and 2 flowergirls can come the morning of wedding but I will stress to them I need them here an hour before I actually do so that way if they do turn up late it might not make much ddifference as they would have been early anyway!! xx

i am staying at the hotel the night before, with at least one of my bridesmaids as she will share the room with me, i am not sure if the other three will stay, one has a small son so is unlikely to stay, but if i do pay for two rooms, it will still be cheaper than the price of hiring a car for the day, all the bridesmaids and flower girls will get ready in my hotel rooms though so that no one has to go outside if its raining and i will know that everyone is there. :)x

My LOH is staying at my house with her family for at least 2 days either side of the wedding, she's being an angel and flying home from Arizona so it was the least I could do. Goodness only know where my and the kids will be sleeping though lol Apart from that no-one's staying with me the night before, but then I know everyone is going to turn up.
Personally I'd tell them you want them there an hour earlier than you really do, so if you want them at 10am tell them you want them at 9am :)

Hi Lulu, I'm staying at the hotel the night before with the bridesmaids. 2 of them have children but they have said their partners will look after them. You dont have to have them stay with you though. You could just ask them to get there earlier!! xx

i have 4 BM and 1 flowergirls and 2 page boys, one of the BM is my daughter so she will be here and so will my son, my MOH is going to be here as she lives ing essex so she is coming up the morning before to help etc.. one of my adult BM only lives 5 minutes down the road so she will be coming over in the morning plus her daughter is my flower girl, and the other adult BM will be staying here i think. so will be a mad house but as long as i get to bed nice and early im happy with that lol xx

3 of my bridal party are my kids so yep there will be with me hehehe The rest including h2b will be at his parents house which is half hour away or in hunstanton which is an hour away :-( might get them a hotel for the night havent decided yet?

H2B is staying at the hotel with the best man (and some other guests aho are making a weekend away of it!) and my BMs are my sister and my niece, so me, them and my Mum will all stay at mine. There will be a flower girl and page boy who are future SIL's children and she is getting them dressed when they arrive at the venue, flower girl will only be 1 1/2 (risky - yes maybe!) and I think the dress will literally be put on her as I am arriving!!!

All my bridesmaids live miles away so they have to stay somewhere... we will all be in a hotel. One will be sharing with me! (Probably the bed as well!)
Her husband will be sharing a bed with H2B... hes the best man!

make it clear that if they are late or cause you any stress they arent going to be part of the bridal party. and stick to it! ive told mine so im not going to stress over it on the big day. if theyre late theyre out...x

Me, My mum, my cheif bridesmaid, my bridesmaid and my friend (adopted 2nd mum) are all staying at the hotel then night before and having a girlie night together my biggest worry is the morning of the wedding as my H2B will be at home alone with our two boys (who will be 7 and 2 by the wedding) and have to bath them and get them ready etc and himself... I really am not sure how that will turn out???? aarrgghh!!!

i am stayin at the venue the nite b4 wif my cheif bridesmaid who is my younger sister. 2 of my bridesmaids who r my older sister and her daughter wil meet us ther on the morning (we dont get married until 3pm) and my 4 kids who r pageboys flower girl and bridesmaid r styin wif my h2b at his parents house and arrivin wif him. 2 little 1s wil b gettin dressed as we leavin the room 4 the ceremony lol

i'm hoping my BM's will stay over but 2 of them have small kids so might not be possible but my MOH and one of the other BM's will be there for sure and my other 2 friends who i'm really close to but who aren't maids will be there to help too. i wanted everyone to stay over so i don't go mad the night before with excitetment and stay u til 4am lol and so that we can relax and have fun the night before the big day. but i'm staying over in the hotel where we're getting married cos i have two dogs and a cat at my house and don't fancy my chances at leaving mine WITHOUT mishap (esp since my cat has taken a fancy to launching herself off stationary objects ie the couch onto moving ones ie me as i walk past!!!) lol x

I will be in the hotel and my BM's will be elsewhere...I do have a worry re my stepdaughters due to their mother having a real lack of manners re timekeeping. I am thinking I may even organise somebody to pick them up and bring them to the hotel..the mother and Step dad can dawdle all they like!!

One of mine will only be next door anyway, but the other 2 have children (my nephew who will be almost 3, and my best friend who has a boy of a similar age and will have a 4 month old little girl by then too) so don't think they will be staying over.

I am staying at my mum n dads but my sister has two small kids (my flowergirl and pageboy) so she will just meet us in the morning to go to the hotel. She stays two minute walk from mum n dad. xx
