I felt like this is but trust me 2 years flys past! I've been married 3 months and it still feels like yesterday I was thinking about venues. I'll be hopefully celebrating my two year anniversary when you get married :)

I'm one! We get married 6th April 2014 - its a sunday. It's my late step dads birthday too so a special day.

We're going to pay deposit on venue on friday, we've paid deposit on wedding rings (and paying off monthly), chosen photographer (my bosses dad!) and thats it at the mo.

We've chosen pretty much everything though - we know our cake, colours, flowers etc. WE're getting married and having the reception all at the same place and they do a fantastic package which includes a lot of things (table flowers, table plan, place names, menu cards), so that takes a lot of things away!

We've chosen our entertainment (having a caracaturist in the evening lul between meal and evening guests arriving) and doing the disco via ipod and laptop..

soo all we need to do really is book it all and pay it all! I'm making invites, favours and jewellery so looking forward to that! My problem is I am constantly looking at other things all the finishing touches and I'm gonna end up with far too much!

Yea thats one of the things that really swayed the venue for us is the amount of stress they take out of it!

Not even thought abiout my dress yet. weight to lose and don't want the styles to change and not love it when it gets closer. prob going to start around xmas time.

I'm getting married on 16th April, the day before you. We're going to Cyprus for our wedding and like you picked that date so that friends and family could come with us x

I'm not going to try any dresses until after Christmas because I'm worried il find one I love but then won't love it nearer the time! I have my eye on the Alfred Angelo Disney collection though, those dresses are amazing!

Hey sorry not been on for a couple of days! We are getting married at the Aztec Hotel & Spa in Bristol. Love it! The day we went to pay the deposit they had a wedding on and they all seemed very calm! lol xx

yea its really nice isn't it? Im not good with imagination so seeing it all set up really helps! They had the reception area all decorated and candle lit it was lovely!

Ooo thats brave! I'm going to keep holding off as long as possible! Cant afford one any time soon anyways! I have however just ordered my wedding shoes! they are gorgeous and in the sale too :) xx

Heya im getting maried easter sunday its never to soon to plan ive got venue and registra sorted. Older bridesmaids sorted as they shouldnt grow anymore. My tiara shoes sorted. And as im having fake flowers ive picked them just gotta pay for them. Guest list done and food picked :) got very exited and couldnt help myself saw no point in waiting. I see it as the more i do now the less i gota be stressed about then. Gd luck planning to all of u x

So i have now booked the registrar, given notice of marriage, ordered invitiations (for a very good price). I'm starting to feel a lot more organised. Hows everyone else doing?

I kind of feel in limbo now, all deposits are paid and everything sorted so apart from making payments I have nothing much to do and it's driving me mad, I feel like I should be doing something. I have a wobble every now and then in case I've forgotten something but all my 'to do's' are ticked. Does any body else feel this way??

Less than 10 weeks left for me!
